RESTT is used by candidates who wish to submit their professional resumes and apply to a specific job. The Personal Data we receive from Candidates and Clients is treated based on the information security and privacy policies and practices we established

This Privacy Policy sets out how RESTT collects, retains, and uses information, including personal data (“Personal Data”), about candidates, Clients, and other Site visitors and individuals, including partners.

1- Data Protection

We have established information security and privacy policies and practices to protect data, whether it belongs to us, our customers or our business partners. This means we:

• Read, understand and follow the Information Security & Privacy Policies when it comes to handling data.

• Understand how data is classified at RESTT and therefore how it should be handled.

• Store information using only company-approved storage devices.

• Collect, use, retain and transfer data and information about individuals in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.

• Obtain proper authorization before sharing any confidential or personal information, which might include obtaining written authorization and signing a nondisclosure agreement.

• Respond to requests for information about our data-handling practices by following company processes to ensure we do so safely and properly.

• Ensure that we are familiar with and comply with the company’s privacy policy.

• Protect RESTT confidential information even after we leave the company.

Evaluate recruitment candidates, assess candidate qualifications and skills, carry out steps in the recruitment process, including setting up and evaluating interviews and assessments, contact references, keep records related to the recruitment process.

This personal data includes name and surname, email address, phone number, or any information included in your application.

3- Sources of Data

We receive your personal data through:

• Direct Contact

• Websites application forms & publicly accessible platforms where RESTT employees are also registered users, for example LinkedIn.

• Referrals

4- Further Processing of Your Information

RESTT will process your personal data for the purposes for which they were originally collected. It will only be processed further for the following purposes:

• Internal auditing or investigations

• Dispute resolution

We archive your data for 10 years.

5- Sharing of Your Data

We do not share any of your Personal Data except in the below-limited cases of:

• Companies or individuals who provide support with recruitment, candidate interviews and assessment services

• Employers who might be interested in a candidate’s profile

6- Transfer of your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by Your submission of such information, represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.
