We are a Venture Capital and Incubator firm that invests in seed-stage startups. We focus on business models that require small investments and have long scaling timeframes.

As part of the incubator role, we fund our Entrepreneur’s salaries, operational costs and capital investments. We participate in the management of the company by spending one hour a day on it. We expect 40% to 50% stake on our investments. We provide administrative support as well as centralized accounting and book keeping.
