We represent ‘supernovas’. Beyond being a ‘star’ in their current job, they are in the top 5% of their generation.

  • Exceptional Achievements

    We look for talent early in their carrier who have had exceptional achievements since they were teenagers.

    There is no set list for what we consider exceptional achievements. But these are some examples of past talent we represented: Being a finalist in a Math or Physics Olympiad, or winner of unmanned drone competition, or two machine learning patents on their name.

  • Corporate ready

    We know that achievements and intelligence are not enough if individuals can’t function on a team. We conduct several interviews, peer conversations, and personality tests to assess the person’s interpersonal skills.

    We also assess their ‘fit’ with the North American corporate world and test their English proficiency. We are, in the end, looking for potential.

  • Very gifted

    We don’t select based on IQ scores. But our talent has the option to take the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale IV test, if they haven’t done so already.

    Typically, our talent has tested in the top 2% of the population. They are what experts call ‘very gifted’ or ‘highly advanced’.

We recruit in five countries, Canada, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia with a combined population of 229 million. This gives our clients access to a talent pool far greater than any they would find locally.

Longer tenures

Resources that are hired under work permit visas tend to stay longer with their companies than local hires. Before their three-year visa expires, they typically apply for Permanent Residence status and later for Citicenship.

  • International Physics Olympiad

    The main aim of IPhO is to test the highest level of knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving, right practices of presentation and analysis, and hands-on skills in theoretical and experimental physics.

  • International Mathematics Olympiads

    The IMO is an international competition for high school students which has been running annually since 1959 and now has over 100 countries competing, including all members of the G20. The IMO is a self-governing autonomous organization, though it is affiliated to UNESCO. Its Council is elected by participating countries, and is called the IMO Advisory Board.

  • Mensa High-IQ Society

    Mensa is the largest and oldest high-IQ society in the world. It is a non-profit organization open to people who score at the 98th percentile or higher on a standardized, supervised IQ or other approved intelligence test.
